The ALTITUDE 2025 Conference is dependent upon the full participation of our valued members and guests. Please ensure that each attendee is registered that will be joining us for cocktail hours or meals. It’s important to note that the hotel charges us per attendee. Our conference pricing includes $750 for the first attendee, $525 for each additional attendee, and $300 for each guest in attendance.
Attendees who arrive who are not registered will be charged a fee of $1,000.
By registering all attendees, we can avoid any unexpected charges. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter – we look forward to seeing you soon!

CANCELLATION POLICY
For Annual Conference, Owners Exchange or any other corporate arranged event, cancellations will be fully refunded when requested more than 90 days in advance of the event date. Cancellations between 45 and 90 days will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event will not be refunded.

- Please follow the steps 1 & 2 below to complete your room reservation.
- Availability of the group rate/rooms are limited.
- The room block will stay open until midnight Tuesday July 22, 2025 OR until the block is filled, whichever comes first.
- Reservations booked via other travel sites (i.e. Expedia, Priceline, etc.) or using Hilton Honors points or any discounts including the Advance Purchase reservations will not qualify towards any associated perks to include self-parking and waived resort fee.
1. Make a reservation in the block first via either the provided personalized link above or call 1-855-274-3978 (24/7 available) by referring to the group code PVC8 for 8/12, 8/13 and 8/14, 2025 (assigned dates).
2. After step 1 if you would like to stay pre/post nights of the assigned dates (s), please reach out to the hotel directly at 1-888-621-7948 or reservations@invernessdenver.com. The Inverness will confirm availability and see if we can add your additional room nights around the designated room block.
