Register the additional attendee as "Sponsors' Additional Attendee - Free". If you have more than two attendees, register your additional team members as "Additional Attendee(s) - $525.00"
Gold, Silver, and Bronze Level Sponsors permit a single attendee.
For multiple attendees, please register your additional team members as "Additional Attendee(s) - $525.00" to ensure accurate attendance tracking.
We will create a personalized name badge for each registered attendee, and companies with attendees who arrive who aren't registered will be charged a fee of $1,000.

For Annual Conference, Owners Exchange or any other corporate arranged event, cancellations will be fully refunded when requested more than 90 days in advance of the event date. Cancellations between 45 and 90 days will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
IF YOU NEGLECT TO BOOK YOUR ROOM PRIOR TO THE ROOM BLOCK SELLING OUT OR THE DEADLINE, there may still be rooms available, but they will be at market pricing as the hotel fills.
