  • Initial Owner Training

    The start of your new business begins with your Initial Owner Training which is 3 days of comprehensive information, hosted virtually, allowing for franchise owners and their Team (if they have employees) to begin learning how to operate your new Payroll Vault Franchise. You will learn about Leadership, Ownership, and Management of your new business and we will take a deep dive into our Sales and Marketing program so you can get clients onboard quickly for your new business. Ongoing training and support during the start-up of your new business will include comprehensive payroll software training and support for you when you onboard your first clients helping you get client and employee information set up into the software and running the first payrolls. You will work with our Onboarding Team and Trainers and be on your way to launching your new Payroll Vault Franchise in 60 - 90 days!
  • Owners Exchange

    The Payroll Vault Owners Exchange is a unique opportunity for the franchise owners to meet, collaborate, and network. This conference is centered on each franchise office’s participation and offers the space to work in partnership with their peers to learn more about best practices and share experiences so they can grow together.

    Owners Exchange is the time for franchise owners to shape business goals that will define their success story and further cultivate their business to be successful.

  • ALTITUDE – Annual National Conference

    The Payroll Vault Annual National Conference brings together our Franchise Owners, their Teams, and our Vendor Partners for an engaging and interactive three days with networking, keynote presentations, specialized training, and demos that support our business services and the franchising industry.

    The focus for ALTITUDE is the comprehensive understanding and real-time application of Foundation. Systems. Success. and ultimately how it will guide aim, purpose, 

  • Monthly Owners Call

    Each month an Owners Call is directed by CEO/Founder Sean Manning and COO/Co-Founder Tricia Petteys to ensure that important information is clearly presented and discussed that directly and indirectly affects our franchise offices.
  • Sales and Marketing Calls

    This support call is centered around everything sales and marketing and is hosted by the Payroll Vault Corporates Sales Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and Marketing Coordinator. The call supports all offices' sales and marketing teams with new tools and resources to best support their messaging and sales strategies.

  • Tools for Success Roundtables

    This monthly roundtable session features a preferred vendor partner for a 30 - 45 minute virtual session. During this presentation they will review product and service offerings, detail industry or company changes, review sales best practices and support options, and review co-branded marketing materials that are available.
