Allyson & Dean Rodahl have owned their Greeley-based Payroll Vault for 7 years and are growing rapidly. Driven by their passion to service small businesses in their local Weld County community, they’ve been openly received and revered by clients. They stand out amongst competitors because of their exceptional and personalized client service.
They discovered the Payroll Vault opportunity through reading press about offering payroll services alongside traditional CPA services. The Rodahls' CPA firm was offering payroll services, but payroll wasn’t a strong focus. When they heard Sean Manning, Founder of Payroll Vault, speak at a Thompson Reuter’s roundtable, excitement grew about the opportunity to offer payroll as a stand-alone business specifically oriented towards small business.
The Rodahls' Payroll Vault franchise has supported and streamlined their payroll service business using best industry practices and cutting-edge technology. “We’ve had several clients relay to us that they didn’t realize how much time they were spending on payroll, or that they didn’t understand the payroll tax deposit rules and made late payments,” stated Dean Rodahl. “By outsourcing their payroll to us, now they can really hone in on their business needs and grow.”
Recently, they moved into a larger more centrally located office in Greeley, CO to better serve the Weld County small business community and clients. The Rodahls' next step is to invest in an area business development position to help expand the business and nurture their relationships existing clients.
With exceptional growth at large, they still know how to unwind and relax. Allyson enjoys flower gardening, traveling, kayaking, hiking and decorating. While Dean enjoys digging holes for Allyson’s plants, perennials, and shrubs, he also loves traveling, sports, golfing, hiking, and kayaking. Dean is addicted to unique pine trees and tends to purchase more than he can plant!
