The desire for change opens a lot of exciting doors. Rosa was managing payroll operations for her previous company and was craving change and an ideal entrepreneurial opportunity. Immediately recognizing the US Virgin Islands’ market potential within the payroll industry, she began researching Payroll Vault’s franchise format.
The expertise of the support staff, systems, and technology platform quickly became very appealing to Rosa. The pursuit to find the perfect business opportunity was here. She was awarded a Payroll Vault franchise in July 2019 and hasn’t looked back since.
Rosa’s top 2020 goal is engaging with and educating her local business community in the USVI about the importance of supportive payroll practices.

I’m lucky to have a strong team of franchisees and a corporate support team behind me, coupled with an excellent product!” exclaims Rosa. “One of my initial clients was a referral from Pat Bruen, Owner of the Payroll Vault in Lansing, Michigan. That really speaks to the power of a franchise network and engaged franchisors.”
Her favorite hobbies are reading, painting, traveling, spending time with her dog, Penelope, and do-it-yourself house projects.
