The quest for modernization, productivity, and entrepreneurship continues to lead professionals to Payroll Vault’s franchise family where they find tremendous growth and opportunity. Whether it is to improve areas of their existing business, or fulfilling a dream of business ownership, there is an entrepreneurial path for everyone.

As long-standing business owners in their community, Tricia and Eric Golomb were seeking to streamline their processes to increase profits while maintaining a strong client experience and increasing value. They were already providing after-the-fact payroll services but found the process to be inefficient and burdensome to their clients and staff. Without a doubt, their payroll business was one of the services that needed a dramatic overhaul.

Recognizing that the payroll industry has been steadily growing with profitable opportunities, they set out to explore options to develop their existing payroll business. It was also important to the Golombs to align with their partners who also value trust, integrity, and are dedicated to growth, knowledge, and the overall client experience. Both have well established relationships in South Florida where they have spent their entire working careers, and this would bring a strong network to help them develop a new revenue stream.

Thomson Reuters, their accounting software provider, suggested they speak with Sean Manning, CEO/Founder of Payroll Vault, about their goals of furthering their payroll business. Following the suggestion of their trusted account rep, they initiated an opening discussion. During the conversation Manning shared his success stories within the payroll industry along with his vision for maturing the Payroll Vault brand. After a few more discussions and a visit to headquarters in Colorado for Discovery Day, the Golombs felt that buying a Payroll Vault franchise was an excellent opportunity. This purchase would allow them to develop their payroll business the way they had been wanting to, and it was the perfect complement to their existing accounting firm.

Three and a half years later, their top goal continues to be an emphasis on increasing their client base through accounting client conversions and new business development. “Small and medium size business professionals deserve to have top of the line services at every stage of their business, and we are in position to provide them with a uniquely personalized service to help them achieve their goals,” stated Tricia. “That is a fantastic feeling to us and contributing to the success of our local business community gives us a great sense of pride.”

With all the hard work that goes into managing and operating their businesses, they set aside time for family and relaxation. Tricia enjoys staying active and living a healthy lifestyle and can often be found exercising at the gym, taking long walks, and swimming laps in the pool. Both enjoy socializing with their friends and dining at trendy, up-and-coming restaurants in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Together, they love cheering on two of their favorite sports teams, the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins. Family is important to them, so they make the time to plan memorable family trips where the entire family can be found hiking long trails in the mountains, discovering waterfalls, enjoying whitewater rafting, and racing down zip lines.
