RESERVATION METHODS

Listed below are the available reservation methods.

Call the hotel direct at (615) 265-0355.  Ask for reservations and provide the agent with the arrival date and group name-Payroll Vault Owner's Exchange 

Copy and paste this URL listed into your web browser or click here and enter the arrival and departure dates to begin the reservation process.

  1. Go to holidayinn.com/nashvilledtwn 
  2. Enter your arrival date and departure date,
  3. click on “More Options” and then
  4. click on “Add special rate codes.” 
  5. In the “Group code” field, enter your group code, which is PAY. 
  6. The group information will pull up and you will continue the reservation process.

CUTOFF DATE

The cutoff date is Wednesday January 14th, 2026. Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date and/or before the block is full, whichever comes first, in order to guarantee availability of the room block and discounted group rate that was contracted.  Reservations made after the cutoff date will be accommodated based on availability at the best available rate.
