Why do I need Labor Law posters?
Labor law posters are a big piece of the compliance jigsaw puzzle, with every state having its own set of unique mandates regarding what needs to be posted on an employer’s wall. Labor law postings are required for employers with one or more paid employee and are released by a variety of state agencies, such as a Department of Labor, a Division of Unemployment Insurance, OSHA, or a Division or Workers’ Compensation. In addition to posting the state-required postings, employers must display a set of postings released by the Federal Government that apply country-wide. These postings must be displayed in an unlocked, unblocked area visible to both applicants and employees.
